Customer Service for Current Policyholders
Help with policy changes, documents, billing questions, and claim routing.
For help with an active policy, call Express Financial at 310-453-5736 or use the contact link below. Keep your current declarations page or insurance card nearby so we can identify the policy and the correct service channel. For payments or claims, follow the current instructions issued by your insurer; carrier contacts and account arrangements can change.
Choose the right service path
- Policy change — Contact Express Financial with the requested effective date and the driver, vehicle, location, or coverage details.
- Insurance documents — Check the insurer's authenticated portal or ask us to help locate an ID card, declarations page, or certificate.
- Billing or cancellation — Use the phone number, portal, and payment instructions on the current invoice or declarations page.
- Claim — Use the claims channel on the current insurance card or declarations page; contact us if you cannot identify it.
- Renewal or nonrenewal — Send only the non-sensitive portions needed for review, including insurer, policy number, expiration date, and stated reason.
What to have ready
- The named insured and policy number
- The insurer shown on the current declarations page
- A clear description of the request
- The date you want a change to take effect
- Any deadline shown on a bill, notice, lease, or contract
- A safe callback number and email address
Do not place full payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, passwords, medical records, driver's-license images, or complete policy documents in the public form. We will provide an appropriate channel if sensitive information is required.
If a loss just happened
- First — Call emergency services if anyone may be injured or the location is unsafe.
- Then — Take reasonable steps to prevent additional damage only when it is safe.
- Document — Photograph the scene and damaged property, preserve relevant messages or records, and save reasonable receipts.
- Report — Use the claim instructions on the current policy documents promptly.
- Preserve — Keep damaged property unless the insurer or authorities direct otherwise.
Coverage, deductibles, duties after a loss, repair authorization, and claim decisions are controlled by the policy and insurer.
A request is not yet a confirmed change
Sending a form, voicemail, or email does not by itself bind coverage, cancel a policy, change an effective date, extend a payment deadline, or open a claim. Continue following the current policy and billing instructions until the agency or insurer confirms the requested action. Keep the written confirmation with your policy records.
Where should I make an insurance payment?
Use the payment instructions on your current invoice, declarations page, or authenticated insurer portal. Contact us if the insurer or account shown there is unclear.
Where do I report a claim?
Start with the claims channel on your current insurance card or declarations page. If you cannot identify it, call Express Financial with the policy information available.
Is my requested policy change effective when I submit the form?
No. Treat a change as pending until the agency or insurer confirms its effective date and terms.
